Arvada is set to welcome Agave Blue, a new steakhouse cantina led by Chef Oscar Padilla, a Food Network “Chopped” champion. Located at 18168 W 92nd Ln #300, Agave Blue has officially received its liquor license approval as of December 9, according to state records. 

The Arvada Chamber of Commerce first announced the venture in a Facebook post, saying, “Coming soon to the Candelas neighborhood, Agave Blue is a new steakhouse cantina from Chef Oscar Padilla. Oscar is the owner of Gaucho Parrilla at Freedom Street Social and a champion of the Food Network’s “Chopped.” We cannot wait for this new concept!”
