The Olde Town Hub is located at 7510 Grandview Ave. The Hub has a total of 600 parking spaces shared between RTD passengers and visitors to Olde Town. You can enter the Hub from Vance Street and from Olde Wadsworth Boulevard.
If you are visiting Olde Town, there are two options for parking. You may opt to use the street/lot parking in Olde Town, or you may opt to park in the Hub. If you are an RTD passenger, you should only utilize parking in the Hub.

School House Kitchen & Libations is located in the heart of Historic Olde Town Arvada. Built inside of the original Arvada schoolhouse, which was constructed in 1882, School House offers over 1,800 different whiskeys, more than 50 beers, and a sizable menu that is sure to please all. With the Library Bar, Home Room dining area, upstairs Teachers Lounge, and plenty of outdoor seating, including Arvada’s first rooftop patio, School House is sure to be your favorite school memory.

With its award-winning craft cocktails, its pre-prohibition atmosphere and holding Arvada’s oldest liquor license; food may not be the first thing that comes to mind when one steps into the Arvada Tavern. However, this is a must-not-miss place for food in Olde Town. The Arvada Tavern offers a menu that is a seamless mix of European inspiration and innovative American twists. With over two decades of experience, Bread Winner’s Café is a mainstay for the breakfast and lunch crowd in Olde Town Arvada. The two large patios, overlooking Arvada’s ‘grand view”, provide more than enough room for the weekend brunch rush. Yes, the Olde Town Flower Shoppe features a wide array of flowers for any occasion but they also offer an amazing selection of plants, gifts, greeting cards and so much more. Locally owned and operated by two women who live in, and LOVE Arvada. They take great pride in their customer service and floral design, and will work to make sure you have the best experience possible. Boutique Shopping
Arvada’s Historic Olde Town, which is included on the National Register of Historic Districts, is full of locally owned shops and restaurants. With more than 20 boutiques, shops and galleries, there is a little something for everyone.
Head to Sock, which literally sells hundreds of pairs of socks from sports team themes to silly ones with hamburgers, funny hashtags or iconic sights.
Food Scene
Arvada’s proximity to downtown Denver has led to a thriving local food scene. With close to 30 restaurants, bars, breweries and coffee shops, you might need to plan several visits to experience it all! The Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge offers coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches in the morning and bourbon (along with wine, beer and other cocktails) at night. Its pizza has garnered awards for the Best of Arvada two consecutive years. Denver Beer Company now has a taproom in Olde Town, with one of the best patios in the city. Inside, guests will find a vintage Airstream trailer called “The Mighty” where you can order artisan burgers, veggie burgers and fries.
Arts and Culture
Beautifully located on a hillside just one mile north of Historic Olde Town is the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities. The Arvada Center has 144,000 square feet of theatre, gallery and classroom space and is one of the largest multidisciplinary arts venues in the nation. More than 740 educational classes in all arts disciplines are conducted each year. The Arvada Center also features a Main Stage Theatre, a Black Box Theatre, an outdoor amphitheatre (which features national touring artists!), three distinctive galleries, outdoor art, a sculpture field that is free and open to the public and a history museum displaying the heritage and development of Arvada and the Olde West. Sleepover
Enjoy the full-service amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn, which is just two blocks (very walkable!) to the heart of Olde Town. The Hilton opened in 2017 and offers modern décor, an indoor saline pool and fitness center.

The G Line is a commuter train that is part of Denver’s light rail line system. It transports a rider from Denver to the heart of Olde Town Arvada in twenty minutes. The route started in mid-2019, and is a convenient way for residents of Denver, or visitors, to access downtown Arvada. And, the best part, a day pass is only six dollars for the day.
